Recruitment Consultant

E3R are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Pharmaceutical team assisting in the placement of professionals into some of the worlds leading Pharma and FMCG Manufacturers. You will be entering a desk with an already established pipeline (within the first month you will receive atleast 5 roles with a placement fee of £4,000-£10,000) allowing for the opportunity to make commission from day one. Basic salary starting from £20 – 30k based on experience with an uncapped commission structure and regular salary reviews. First year on target earnings are £45,000-£50,000.

As a Recruitment Consultant at E3R you will manage your own desk, develop relationships with both existing and new clients within the Pharmaceutical sector, providing a range of temporary, permanent and contract recruitment solutions across the Industry.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:

• Candidate attraction
• Lead generation and conversion
• Fee Negotiation
• Managing opportunities, placing candidates
• Providing professional and consultative advise to clients and candidates
• Business development and sales
• Attending networking events (both day and evening events) to promote the brand and services
