Are you a Quality professional with previous experience within the Construction industry? Do you have experience in managing Projects? Do you wish to work for a market leading offsite modular construction business? If so, please read on.

As Quality Project Manager you now have the opportunity to apply for this unique opportunity where you will be responsible for overseeing the whole build process, from manufacture to installation with a real emphasis around Quality, Systems & Processes.

Duties and responsibilities as Quality Project Manager;

  • Ensure that Quality targets & KPIs are set and managed.
  • Monitor performance, ensuring that site audits are undertaken and relevant action is taken to implement improvements.
  • Take ownership of inspection sheets and sign offs as part of the manufacturing processes.
  • Take overall responsibility for the successful recording and auditing involved in the factory.
  • Monitor delivery of the project, identifying risk and opportunities and working with key stakeholders to optimise project Quality.

To be considered for the position of Quality Project Manager we are looking for individuals that have an understanding of construction techniques and detailing. As the nature of the role will sometimes be site based, we also require applicants to hold a valid SMSTS qualification.
