Responsibilities as Quality Manager:

  • You will have full autonomy to manage, audit and motivate your team of QA operatives.
  • In this role you will be pivotal in assisting in the development, and continuous improvement of QA and hygiene processes.
  • Regular suppliers and customer facing communication will be part of your daily life.
  • There will be an expectation for you to always challenge ways of working to improve standards both upwards through management as well as to your team.
  • Developing and monitoring of the QMS and HACCP procedures is a huge part of this position.
  • Assist in introducing key procedures for there new site opening in 2020!

What you need to be considered to be the Quality Manager:

  • Previous experience at a similar level within QA and Food is absolutely essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP and BRC.
  • Ideally will have held one of the following roles: QA or Technical Management.
  • Proven track record of carrying out internal audits.
  • Ability to cope with a truly fast paced, dynamic and pressurised environment.
