Are you a Production Operative looking for a new challenge in the Food Industry? Well then look no further as we are currently looking for a number of Production Operatives to join a prestigious food manufacturer in Grimsby. As a Production Operative you have a choice of working whichever hours suit you best, whether that be Monday to Friday 6:00am till 2:00pm OR Monday to Friday 2:00pm till 10:00pm. These positions are a long-term temporary contract with the opportunity to potential go Permanent with the company

Our client is a Leading International Food Packing Business who supply into major retailers across the UK. People are very much at the heart of there business and are always looking to attract and retain further talent and hardworking individuals to continue to be part of their Production Team

The Role:

  • As a Production Operative with our client your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Dues to your role being based within the Production Department you will be picking and packing frozen fish products
  • You will be working in environments that are between 2 to 10 degrees, however you will be provided with PPE such as over coats, visors, face masks etc.
  • Being a Production Operative, you will be asked to prepare items for dispatch
  • Any other general warehouse duties as and when required upon request.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be qualified in Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene (as training will be provided)
  • Preferred – Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Qualified
  • Previous experience of working within Food or FMCG Manufacturing Environment
  • Hardworking
  • Team Player
  • Good Time Keeping/Reliable Individuals
