This permanent Process Operator position will be working on a continental shift pattern offering benefits including a 15% pension. The role itself will be based on a brand-new multi-million-pound chemical manufacturing plant, offering individuals training on new, state of the art equipment.

The company is a growing speciality chemical manufacturer operating on an upper-tier COMAH site, investing millions of pounds on site into both expansion and training of key individuals such as Process Operators, to keep up with demand for their quality products. This is a multi-national company with multiple sites in the UK and throughout Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa.

  • Undergoing training as a Process Operator to become accustomed to technical manufacturing on a new plant.
  • Working cohesively with Engineering and other departments to troubleshoot and investigate on any teething issues.

I am interested in speaking with candidates that have a strong background working on a COMAH manufacturing site as a Process Operator, Chemical Operator, Plant Technician, Process Technician or Production Technician. Ideally candidates with have had experience within batch-mixing and working on systems such as SCADA. An NVQ in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Operations would also be beneficial.

Alongside the salary, Process Operators also receive a 15% pension, private health care provided by BUPA and life assurance alongside other benefits.
