An opportunity has arisen for a Press Brake Operator to join a modern state of the art engineering facility on a permanent basis, with competitive rates upto £14.50 per hour, with an early finish of 1.45pm on Fridays, overtime available, long-term stability, and career progression.

The successful candidate will be working within the within an established friendly team producing specialist bespoke products to a high-quality visual finish.

Duties of the Press Brake Operator:

  • Setting and Operating Press Brake machines.
  • Liaising with other areas of the fabrication department to ensure work is completed accordingly.
  • Follow all company rules and policies.
  • Be quick to identify critical information and react accordingly.
  • Efficient at communicating through all levels of an organisation.

Press Brake Operator Attributes:

  • Working knowledge of using Press Brake machines and current software packages.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and apply technical information.
  • Experience of working on an AMADA press brake machine would be beneficial.

  • Up to £14.50 per hour dependant on experience
  • 7.45am – 4.15pm (1.45pm finish on a Friday)
  • Overtime available at uplifted rates
