Operations Improvement Lead

Responsibilities of the Operations Improvement Lead;

• Overseeing CI initiatives to drive ops excellence.
• Primary focus will be on ops efficiency and driving OEE.
• Create and lead teams based on ops improvement.
• Identification, development of strategy and implementation of CI initiatives across site.
• Developing the UK standard for CI initiatives and progressing the scope to include region (Europe).

To be successful in this position as Operations Improvement Lead, an established technical background with experience working within process manufacturing is desired (Chemical, Petrochemical, FMCG, Food, Automotive etc) with experience of Process Stream / Value Stream Mapping. The minimum educational requirement for this role is an Engineering or Scientific (Chem Eng, Process Eng, Mech Eng, Chemistry etc) degree or equivalent.
