Multi Skilled Engineer

A number of exclusive opportunities have become available for Multi Skilled Engineers to join an established food manufacturing company based in Grimsby. This position offers a number of exciting benefits such as overtime paid at time and half, a total pension of 16%, 2 x life insurance and many more. The roles are working 4 on 4 off days and nights and paying a salary of £45,600 per annum.

My client is a century-old business manufacturing high-quality and well-loved produce distributed across UK retail. You will be working as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and undergo unique training opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Engineer:

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on machinery across whole operations.
• Carry out planned maintenance schedules and continuous improvements.
• Working as part of a busy team, encouraging and working collaboratively with others.
• Improving plant efficiency and implementing lean processes.
• Keeping downtime to a minimum.

I am keen to see CVs from individuals who:

• Hold a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering as this is essential for the role.
• Have experience working in Food Manufacturing or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Currently or have previously worked as a Multi Skilled Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer or similar role as this is essential.
• Have knowledge in repairing and maintaining packaging machinery, conveyors or food production machinery as this would be beneficial.
