This market-leading food manufacturing company has several new openings in their maintenance team and is offering a great package to those who join the business. Additional to these benefits, you will be given the opportunity to upskill yourself, gain further qualifications and undergo training plans to develop you as a Multi Skilled Engineer.

Over 30 years ago this multi-site manufacturer was established and has gone from strength to strength ever since. They supply their products to several retailers across the UK and are renowned for their high-quality and delicious produce. These roles are based at their head office in Corby with over 500 employees situated at this site.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Engineer:

  • Work effectively and collaboratively within the engineering team.
  • Ensure limited downtime on machinery.
  • Work to PPM schedules as well as dealing with breakdowns and reactive maintenance.
  • Repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical faults on food production machinery.
  • Working to 5s standards.

I am interested in seeing CVs from individuals who have:

  • An NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3, City and Guilds Level 3 or ONC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous experience working in Food or FMCG manufacturing as this would be beneficial however if you have any manufacturing experience this would still be suitable.
  • Worked as a Multi Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Technician or a similar job title.
