You will be working with a leading FMCG and FOOD manufacturing business, with a true national presence across multiple sites around the UK. The salary for the position starts from circa £40k, quickly rising to £43k after training, plus pension, flexible benefits schemes and a comprehensive company benefits package, plus enhanced earning capability.
Job Requirements

  • Maintenance of manufacturing machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience of undertaking PPMs and reactive maintenance engineering activities
  • The ability to problem solve effectively and work under pressure
  • The ability to work upon reactive maintenance as well as project lead initiatives at times too.

Key Requirements for Maintenance Engineer

  • NVQ level 3 or ONC and above in either mechanical or electrical engineering or multi skilled engineering
  • Experience of working as a maintenance engineer, either maintenance fitter or maintenance electrician, but with the ability to undertake multi-skilled maintenance work at times
  • Experience of working within either a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment as a maintenance of installation engineer

The role is working a 4 on, 4 off shift patter, consisting of 2 days and 2 nights, followed by 4 days off.
The position offers both training and career progression. It is located in the Bradford area, close to BD4
