The company are an award-winning food processing manufacturer with multiple sites throughout the UK. The Northallerton site employ a small, close knit team of engineers with room for growth. As a professional Maintenance Engineer, you will be involved in projects for site development, continuous improvement, installation and equipment performance. Working on preventative maintenance activities your role will be to improve performance and raise awareness to support the transitioning of a more pro-active engineering culture. You will also be required to attend to breakdowns and complete reactive maintenance work on site.

Key skills and experience:

Experience working with both mechanical and electrical machinery engineering.
Maintenance of busy production lines, preferably from a food background but FMCG may be considered if you have worked with packaging machinery.
Apprentice trained in either a mechanical or electrical discipline.
