The Maintenance Electrician / Maintenance Engineer position offers the rare opportunity to work days Monday to Friday, for a well-established engineering and manufacturing business close to Withernsea. The position provides long term job stability. The working environment is friendly and the work involved is varied.

Within the position you will take responsibility for the planned and reactive maintenance of the manufacturing facility and all site services, to include cranes, manufacturing plant, lighting, and general building and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous engineering maintenance experience covering industrial manufacturing plant maintenance and installation work
  • Ideally 17th or 18th edition qualified maintenance or installation electrician
  • The ability to undertake electrical fault finding
  • Experience covering electrical maintenance and installation work as a maintenance electrician / industrial electrician
  • A flexible approach and experience of maintenance tasks to include replacing lighting, machinery maintenance, and general factory maintenance, such as facility maintenance & painting etc, as required.

A days-based position working hours 40 hours per week, from 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Basic pay rate £13 per hour, plus overtime at a premium
