Hydraulic Engineer

Due to increased demand for their services, this employer is now actively searching for a Hydraulic Engineer to join their York facility on a permanent basis.

For the Hydraulic Engineer position, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:

• Formal qualifications within a relevant discipline (Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Previous leading, supervisor or management experience – this role will require the successful candidate to support 3 skilled Fitters
• Excellent knowledge of and experience building, assembling, repairing, servicing or maintaining Mechanical and Pneumatic equipment
• Strong organisational skills – able to take part in leadership meetings and report into senior management effectively

Working Hours of the Hydraulic Engineer:
Regular day shift working 40 hours per week, spread across 5 days:

• Monday to Thursday – 07:00 to 15:30
• Friday – 07:00 to 12:30

Basic Package of the Hydraulic Engineer:

• Annual Salary: Up to £41,350.40
• Holiday Allowance: 33 Days per annum – rising with continued service
• 9% Combined pension contribution (4% employer / 5% employee)
• Company Wide Annual Bonus: Up to £1,000.00
