This is an opportunity for an experienced HGV sales executive to join a family owned new and used Truck sales company in Huddersfield. The company is known for its quality and are the best in their industry. They focus on making sure their employees thrive and succeed within their role.
You will have experience in a similar field and have a broad knowledge of the different makes and models of major HGV vehicle Manufactures.

HGV Sales Executive Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Visiting potential customers for new business
  • Delivering a professional and enjoyable customer experience
  • Win new business in line with agreed parameters
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Take customer enquiries and follow up on orders
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Spec vehicles upon return and check for any damage
  • Prepare Workshop orders for damaged vehicles and book in for repair

  • Excellent communication skills
  • HGV knowledge and experience
  • Hands on and proactive
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong negotiator, possessing excellent presentation skills
  • Driving licence
