If you are passionate about Health and Safety and are organised to provide admin service to the Health and Safety department to ensure that the company maintains an effective system within the workplace.

As the Health and Safety Administrator, you will be admin focused and working with one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers based in West Yorkshire, this role will allow you to demonstrate your key skills and experience in all areas of health and safety and environmental compliance, process, and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities as Health and Safety Administrator

• Providing reports for KPI’s and communicates well to the relevant parties within the workplace
• Overseeing the schedules of audits and inspections and ensuring actions are been identified efficiently
• Assisting in the preparations for meetings and briefs
• Maintaining the Health and safety documentation and policies remains up to date
• Providing general admin duties to support the Health and Safety team.

• Hold strong IT skills with advanced experience in Pivot tables and graphs,
