Because of continued growth, this organisation have created a lucrative Head of Projects position in order to continue their recent success.

This position is based in Wakefield, just a few minutes from the M1 & M62 motorways, meaning the successful Head of Projects will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Pontefract, Normanton, Castleford, Leeds, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Bradford, Halifax, Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.

For the Head of Projects role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess the following:

• Strong technical knowledge and experience within Electrical Engineering – any direct experience within Control Panels/Systems, Switchgear of Automation would be desirable
• Previous experience withing a leadership role with the ability to motivate, develop and direct individuals
• A keen eye for process & product improvement and research & development – this role will involve the introduction & implementation of new technologies, systems, processes and procedures

Working Hours of the Head of Projects
37.5 Hours per week, with some flexibility around start & finish times

• Core Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00, 16:00 on Friday.

In return, the Head of Projects will receive:

• Annual salary: Up to £55,000.00 per annum
• Holiday entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays
