Are you a passionate and dedicated individual with a knack for delivering top-notch customer service? Look no further! I am currently working with a leading Facilities Management company searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

Customer service advisor job requirements

  • Knowledge of using databases, MS office and Excel systems.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any incoming enquiries via the website, phone or email
  • Processing orders in a timely manner.
  • Chasing outstanding orders to make sure client expectations are met.
  • Update company dataset accurately
  • Previous IT support experience desirable.
  • Experience of MS Windows and Office 365 desirable but not required.
  • Further training to be provided where required.
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent

  • Ability to work effectively by yourself and as part of a small, responsive team.
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • A diligent and positive approach to work, with a mindset of continual improvement.
