Boiler Engineer – BOAS

You have the opportunity to apply for a Boiler Engineer – BOAS position for a well-known and global name within the Building Product Sector. Specialising in a number of sustainable services including Aggregates, Blocks, Asphalt, Concrete, Highways and Quarries.

The role/responsibilities:

• To carry out both reactive and planned maintenance, fault-finding and installing Boilers and Pressurised Vessels systems.

• Monitoring and fault diagnostics of computer-controlled building management systems.
• An understanding of basic electrical fault finding is beneficial
• Develop working relationships with engineers & production personnel to understand the machinery and operations so faults can be diagnosed & rectified efficiently.
• Generate Continuous Improvement throughout all areas of manufacturing.

About you:

• To be successful in this role as a Boiler Technician you’ll have worked within a manufacturing environment previously, so whether you’ve worked in Food, Automotive, Steel, Chemicals, Quarries or FMCG, you will definitely be the kind of person we want to speak too.
• In order to be considered for this role you will have worked as a Boiler Technician, Maintenance Technician, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Service Engineer or Shift Maintenance Engineer to name a few.

Salary is circa £40,000 per annum dependant on experience, working a variety of shifts and a package that includes a Company Pension, Enhanced holiday entitlement, Bonus scheme and health care.
