As a Technical and Quality Assistant within a Food business that can offer you a progression route to become an Assistant Technical Manager, you will be lucky enough to have plenty of challenges that will allow you to enhance and build upon your current skills.
The company itself is a multi-million-pound turnover Food processor and is growing every day, they employ thousands of people and they are known for their good staff retention. This position has come available due to expansion within the Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a part of your role you will be responsible for the Product Specification.
  • As a part of your day to day role you will be involved in various types of audits such as BRC and Customer.
  • Required to confirm that legal legislation is abided by when producing the Specifications.
  • Being an Assistant, you will be dealing with Customer Complaints on a regular basis and investigating what specific issues have been raised with the Manufacturing Process so they can be addressed.
  • To be able to liaise across the different departments and with customers.

To Be Successful

  • Must have be within a Food Quality role or in the Technical Department for a minimum of 2 years in a previous role
  • Understanding HACCP regulation within the Food Environment
  • Knowledge about the Legal Legislation and Nutrition
  • The job title with would be considered for this role would be a; Technical Coordinator, Technical Officer, Quality Coordinator, Quality Officer, Quality Supervisor and Food Safety Supervisor.

With this role, they are willing to offer you a set progression route to become a significant individual within the Department. In addition to the competitive package they are offering £30,000 per annum.
