We are recruiting an Assembly Fitter to join a market-leading, rapidly growing company with a full order book and long-term stability. The successful Assembly Fitter will join a permanent, Monday-to-Friday role with an early finish on Fridays, no shifts, and paid overtime at 1.5x. This position offers structured training, clear progression routes, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within bespoke fabrication in the automotive industry.

Duties of the Assembly Fitter

  • Working on bespoke projects for high-quality vehicle builds
  • Fabricating plastic vehicle components (full training given)
  • Using a range of hand and power tools
  • Accurately measuring and reading technical drawings
  • Carrying out varied and engaging assembly tasks
