We are currently working with a market-leading food manufacturing company that is looking for an Administrator to join the busy department. The client is offering a benefits package such as 33 days annual leave, company sick pay and 3% company pension with the opportunity to contribute as much as you want.

This role will be based in Malton, North Yorkshire which is the head office with over 1000 employees onsite. As an Administrator, you will be joining a fast-paced and dynamic accounts department where the opportunity for training and progression is at the forefront. Over 10 years ago this company was established and they are now a renowned manufacturer for their high-quality produce.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • Liaising with customers regarding their accounts as well as internal departments
  • Data inputting
  • Processing invoices
  • Working as an integral part of the team.
  • Keeping up with relevant legislation and ensure compliance at all times

I would love to see CVs from individuals who have:

  • Previously worked as an Accounts Administrator, Office Administrator, Finance Administrator, Accounts / Finance Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience using Microsoft packages
  • Worked in an Accounts and/or Finance department
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment as this would be beneficial but is not essential.
