This is a position that can offer an Administrator to join a multi-million business with over 50 years’ experience within the modular fabrication industry that provide ongoing training and development with permanent opportunities.

The Administrator position is on regular days with a starting rate of £19K.

Administrator duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Processing incoming and outgoing calls
  • Raising purchase orders and logging them for tracking
  • Printing of Job packs for production
  • Weekly time sheet collation and data analysis
  • New Starter and Leaver admin and monitoring of absence and sickness
  • Assisting the Factory Manager, as directed to full fill objectives of the department

Administrator Skills:

  • Experience within a Reception position is preferred
  • Must be IT proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration focused

Previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing business would be beneficial, however not essential.

On offer to the Administrator is a starting salary of 19K on days (8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-3pm Friday) with permanent opportunities. Free onsite parking and is easily accessible from central Hull and surrounding areas.
