You have the opportunity to apply for an Administrator or Sales Support position for a fast-growing company who were formed 20 years ago and have thrived ever since!

The role/responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone and via email and ensuring that details held are kept up to date and relevant
  • Provide follow up contact with clients to ensure that client satisfaction is obtained and relevant feedback provided where required.
  • Reviewing sales information and creating easily readable reports
  • Processing Orders and updating the system with technical information, as and when supplied.

About you:

  • You will be IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft office packages competently, specifically Excel
  • You will have some knowledge of order processing systems and have experience within an administrative role
  • You will be able to communicate effectively across all channels, dealing with all levels of customers and have the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
