We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join one of our Automotive Manufacturing clients within the Thames Ditton area who have a highly reputable name within their specialised field.

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide support to Account Manager in maintaining and developing existing client relationships through proactive management.

Role & Responsibilities:

Act as the main day to day point of contact for all clients;

Produce client documentation within defined time-scales;
To:
o Produce new vehicle orders
o Progress orders advising clients of any change
o Generate and issue new vehicle contracts and monitor return
o Arrange new vehicle deliveries / vehicle collections
o Arrange vehicle re-allocations where required

· Handle and solve all client and driver queries in a prompt and professional manner, seeking guidance from the Account Manager and/or other departments where necessary;
· Manage and/or generate monthly customer invoicing and recharges;
· Generate and authorise external supplier orders;
· Produce regular and ‘ad-hoc’ client reports within defined time-scales;
· Provide advice on rescheduling and early termination, seeking guidance from Account Manager, where necessary.
· Maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customer;
· Act in a manner which is efficient, orderly and timely ensuring tasks are achieved within the set time-scales;
· Deal with any concerns or issues that may arise, implementing preventative improvements;
· Undertake and complete development solutions as deemed necessary and as required in the performance of the role;
· Carry out any duties deemed reasonable over and above standard duties including, deputising in other roles in periods of absence;

Experience & Qualifications Required:

· Extensive Account Management or sales administration experience from within the industry
· Customer service background/experience
· High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent administration skills
· Full Driving Licence (Essential)
