E3R earns WorldHost status

E3 Recruitment (E3R) has become the latest organisation in the UK to gain national recognition for its commitment to customer service, after being awarded WorldHost Recognised Business status.

The engineering and manufacturing recruitment specialist has customer service at its core with the agency’s mission to provide an outstanding quality of customer service and high levels of business excellence by always putting their customers first in everything they do.
This has been cemented with the WorldHost Recognised Business status which is awarded to businesses that have trained their front-line staff and signed a commitment to delivering excellent customer service – E3R has trained all staff members.

On receiving the WorldHost recognition, James Soden, E3R Director: “Delivering outstanding customer service is a key priority for E3R, which is why all employees have been trained by the WorldHost Customer Service Programme – the most prestigious customer service training offered. Customer Service is a differentiator to set us apart from other recruitment agencies to attract candidates and clients alike, but more importantly this will keep them engaged and satisfied with the service we are delivering every step of the way.”

WorldHost is an internationally renowned programme which has set a new benchmark for excellence in customer service, having been used for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Originally developed in Canada for the Vancouver Winter Olympics 2010, it has now been adapted for businesses in the UK by the People 1st Training Company aiming to transform customer service standards across the UK.
