Circular Economy Seminar with Dame Ellen MacArthur Inspires James Soden to Promote Sustainability and Drive Positive Change in the Economy

James Soden’s attended the Circular Economy seminar hosted by Bradford University with Dame Ellen MacArthur as a guest speaker, and found it to be an incredibly enriching experience. As he listened to Dame Ellen’s insights on the circular economy, he realized the potential for small and medium-sized enterprises and large multinational corporations to play a significant role in promoting sustainability and driving positive change in the economy.

The seminar provoked thoughts and acted as a catalyst for James to contemplate the impact that businesses can have on sustainability issues. He left the event with a newfound appreciation for the importance of a restorative and profitable approach in achieving sustainable outcomes. James was particularly inspired by the examples of companies that successfully adopted circular business models, aiming to reduce waste and maximize the use of resources in a closed-loop system.
