E3 Recruitment Bolsters Team with New Recruits to Drive Business Growth and Client Success

E3 Recruitment, a specialised engineering and manufacturing recruitment firm, is demonstrating its commitment to business growth by welcoming two new team members. The addition of these recruits aims to enhance the team’s capabilities, elevate the level of service provided to clients, and expand the client base.

Over the past month, E3R has onboarded two professionals at their headquarters in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Nick Ford, a Technical Recruitment Specialist, and Matt Booth, a Business Development Manager, have joined the company. This development comes on the heels of a successful third year of business for E3R, with a projected turnover exceeding £12 million for the current fiscal year. The team, which now consists of 22 members situated in both the Huddersfield and South Yorkshire offices, continues to grow.

In his role as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, Nick Ford will focus on filling permanent positions in management and professional roles within the engineering, manufacturing, and technical sectors covered by E3R. Additionally, he will be responsible for recruitment in specialised areas such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, automotive and aerospace, food, pharmaceuticals, and power generation. With four years of recruitment experience, Nick brings valuable expertise to the table, having started his career as an Army apprentice and subsequently becoming a qualified electrical engineer with extensive knowledge in electrical and electronic domains.

Matt Booth, joining as the Business Development Manager for West Yorkshire and North West, possesses 14 years of sales experience and six years of engineering experience. He began his career operating engineering machinery before transitioning into sales and business development. Eight years ago, Matt ventured into the Payroll Solutions market, which serves as an employer for agency contractors, attracting agencies and clients to their offerings. Based in Huddersfield, he will concentrate on driving new business growth for both the Skilled Technicians and Trades Personnel Division, as well as the Management and Professional Division. His primary goal will involve expanding E3R’s client base across West Yorkshire and the North West regions.

Andrew Pilling, Director and founder of E3R, expressed his views on the recent developments, stating, “The industry’s demand for positions at all levels, whether permanent or temporary, continues to rise. Hence, we must ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service. By restructuring our business and increasing our staff resources, we aim to promptly meet our client’s requirements and provide them with high-quality candidates who align with their job specifications. Nick is an exceptional individual with a personable nature, strong motivation, and extensive recruitment knowledge. He is a team player who will seamlessly integrate into E3R’s culture.”

Pilling also noted, “Matt will play a crucial role in expanding key areas of our business and attracting new engineering, manufacturing, and technical clients. He will closely collaborate with the entire team to offer support. As we enter our fourth year of operation, this is an incredibly exciting time for E3 Recruitment, and we are eager to witness the progress of our growth plans.”

E3 Recruitment’s recent expansion with the addition of Nick Ford and Matt Booth reflects their dedication to providing excellent services and meeting the increasing demands of the industry. With their expertise in technical recruitment and business development, E3R is poised to strengthen their client relationships, broaden their reach across West Yorkshire and the North West, and continue their upward trajectory in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. As they embark on their fourth year of operation, E3 Recruitment is enthusiastic about the future and the growth opportunities that lie ahead.
